I understand that Dr. Gina Nick is transitioning from providig clinical naturopathic medical services to offering wellness consulting and educational advisory services through Radiant Health Advisory.  I understand that Dr. Gina will not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions, injections, or othe clinical medical services through Radian HJealth Advisory.  I understand that I am responsible for maintaining an ongoing relationship with a licensed physician who can provide medical services such as prescriptions, laboratory testing, and medical treatment.  I undestand that Radiant Health Advisory services may include educational discussions about laboratory results, lifestyle guidance, supplement protocols, peptide strategy discussions, and wellness planning.  I understand that these services are educational in nature and do not replace medical care from a licensed physician.
