What Dr. Gina does is provide a path to improve your health. If you're committed to do the work and make the commitment, then it works. If you're looking for a doctor just to give you a pill and walk away, then that's not going to work. For me, I look at it as an investment in your body. I would say the one thing about Dr. Gina is that she's so smart. I know that she has done the research, and I trust her.
